Orientation 2018

The Booneville School District will have early orientation for the 2018-2019 school year on July 31st. AES will have registration on this day for KINDERGARTEN AND NEW STUDENTS ONLY.  BMS and BHS early orientation on July 31st will be for any student grades 5-12. The early registrations will be on the campus of the respective school from 8:00-3:00.

The official orientation day will be August 3rd from 11:00-6:00.  Kindergarten through the fourth-grade orientation will be in the Booneville HIGH SCHOOL gym.  Booneville Middle School orientation will be in the High School/Middle School library, and Booneville High School Orientation will be in the High School Commons.   The centralized location is for the August 3rd orientation only.

All parents will need to provide 2 updated proofs of residency.  You can take care of the residency requirements via text or email prior to orientation.  Information about how to take care of residency online can be found on our website at www.boonevilleschools.org underneath the Student Orientation tab.  The deadline to submit residency online will be Monday, July 30th.  Residency can also be done at the schools the day of orientation as well.  If your son or daughter requires a release to attend our school, tuition may be paid at orientation.  $70 per child, is due prior to the beginning of school, or $140, for the entire school year. Tuition can also be paid via the MySchoolBucks link on our website. Most registration forms required for orientation are also posted on your son or daughter’s school’s website under the Student Orientation tab.  The forms can be printed and filled out prior to orientation. You can also submit your lunchroom form online. Filling out the forms AND submitting residency prior to orientation will expedite the registration process.

The technology fee is $25.00 for students in grades 4-12 as part of the 1-to-1 digital initiative.  The fee helps provide every student with a Chromebook in grades 4-12. The room fee for BMS students is $10, while the room fee at AES is $15.  The fees can be paid online via credit or debit card on our website under the MySchoolBucks link or at your son or daughter’s respective school.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact your son or daughter’s school or the Booneville Central Office at 728-2171. THANK YOU and have a great rest of the summer.
