USDA Funded Meals for Students

lunch

Booneville School District is excited to announce that beginning Monday, September 14, 2020, we will be able to offer free breakfast and lunch to ALL of our students. Regardless of your child’s current cafeteria plan (free, reduced, or full price), ALL students will be able to eat free! This is made possible through funding from USDA and will be available until December 31, 2020.

During the A/B schedule, students will be able to take home meals for the day they will not be physically on campus. For example, students who come on A days will be able to take home a breakfast and lunch for the B day not on campus. Free grab and go meals will be available for the fully virtual students as well. Please call and let each school know how many meals you will be needing for that day by 9:30am. You will be able to pick up these meals at the school office from 10:00 – 10:30. Additionally, we will be able to serve free grab and go breakfast and/or lunch to anyone under the age of 18 at each of our campuses. Please call and let the school know how many meals you will be needing for that day by 9:30am. You will be able to pick up these meals from 10:00 – 10:30.

Please call Shelby Sweatt, Director of Child Nutrition, at 662-728-2171 if you have any questions.
